While meditating one must realize that the heart
where the soul is supposed to be is not merely an organ that pumps the blood
& oxygen to the gross body but the place in the centre of the causal body.
However whereas the super soul and soul are
spiritual, the causal body is as material as the other layers ie. the astral
and the gross bodies.
