Self Realisation

Remember that the self realized soul, is not delighted even when he is delighted. He is not affected even when he is affected. The self realized soul can be understood only by one who is self realized himself.

Remember that the self realized soul knows that he is all pervading, formless, immutable, untainted self.

Remember that the fool is perturbed within even when he is not doing anything. But the self realized soul is calm even when he is doing something.

Remember that the self realized soul lives, acts, eats, drinks, sleeps, and remains ever happy even in the material world.

Self Realization

Remember that through freedom, one attains happiness, repose, and the highest state of supreme happiness.

Remember that all the modifications of the mind are destroyed in the one who realizes the self as neither the doer nor the enjoyer.

Remember that the conduct of the wise one is devoid of any form of pretense unlike the superficial calm of the fool whose mind is attached to the material world.

Remember that the wise man, whose mind has stopped imagining, and who is free from the bondage of his intellect, sometimes enjoys the pleasures of the material life and sometimes retires to the caves in the mountains.

Remember that the wise and liberated one is not perturbed even when he is scoffed at by everyone.

Self Realization

Remember that when one encounters the tigers of sense objects, he gets frightened and enters the cave of the mind for control and concentration.

Remember that when the same tigers of sense objects encounter a lion of desirelessness, they either run away or they serve him like obedient slaves.

Remember that he who is free fom doubts and has his mind identified completely with the self, never practices mind control as a means to liberation. Instead he lives like a common man, seeing, touching, sensing, feeling, tasting, smelling, and eating and is a happy man.

Remember that the wise man, having established his intellect firmly in the self, by merely listening to the real, never bothers about what is proper and what is improper, and what is action and what is inaction.

Remember that the wise man is just like an small child which does what comes to it on its own.

Self Realization

Remember that the one who desires to see the manifested world will not see the immutable self.

Remember that the fool strives for the control of the self but never attains it. whereas the wise man who revels in the self gets it spontaneously and perennially.

Remember that some think that the universe exists others think that it doesn not exist. It is the rare entity who thinks neither.

Remember that the person with dull intellect meditates upon the atman as pure and one without a second. But this person is always deluded and remains unhappy throughout his life because he does not realize it.

Remember that the intellect of one who aspires for liberation can not work without a support. But the desireless intellect is for ever free and without any support.

Self Realization

Remember that a highly unintelligent person never attains the self through repeated practices of controlling his mind, whereas the wise man remains liberated and immutable through mere intuitive enlightenment.

Remember that the fool never attains brahman because he wants to become brahman, whereas the wise one certainly realizes the nature of the suprme brahman even withuot desiring to do so.

Remember that without any support and eager for the attainment of freedom, the fools only keep up the world. The wise cut at the very root of this world which is the source of all misery.

Remember that the fools want to get peace through control of their mind whereas the wise men, knowing the truth, are for ever tranquil in mind.

Self Realization

Remember that the mind of the liberated one does not indulge either in meditation or in any activity. In fact it gets into meditation or activity without any motive and, spontaneously.

Remember that an unintelligent person gets confused on hearing about the real truth, but an intelligent person withdraws himself within himself and lives like a fool.

Remember that the fools constantly practice concentration and control of mind whereas the intelligent person, abiding in his own self, lives like a person in deep sleep and does not find anything worth attaining.

Remember that the fool does not attain any tranquility by action or inaction whereas the wise man attains it by merely knowing the truth.

Remember that those who indulge in diverse activities do not realize the self which is pure, enlightened, beloved, perfect, transcendental and stainless.

Self Realization

Remember that since the wise one does not have any agitation, and does not practice any meditation, he is neither an aspirant for liberation nor is he in any form of bondage. As he knows that the whole universe is a figment of his imagination, even though he sees it, he exists in the brahmnan itself.

Remember that any one who has the ego sense within himself, acts mentally though not physically. But the wise man who has no ego does not act mentally even though he seems to act physically.

Remember that the mind of the liberated is neither troubled nor pleased. It is actionless, free from fluctuations, desireless and purged of all doubts.
