Self Realization

Remember that the universe appears with the ignorance of the self and disappears with the knowledge of the self. Just like due to ignorance the rope looks like a serpent and on realizing the truth it again becomes the rope.

Remember that you are light and nothing else. When the universe appears it is only you who shine.

Remember that the universe appears in you due to your own ignorance just like due to ignorance one sees silver in the mother of pearl, snake in the rope and water in the sunlight.

Remember that just like a pot dissolves into clay, wave into water and a bangle into gold, similarly the universe which springs forth from the self, dissolves in the self .

Remember that the self never decays and remains as it is even after the dissolution of the creation from Bramha down to a blade of grass.

Remember that the self neither goes anywhere nor comes any where but ever abides pervading the universe.

Self Realization

Remember that you are taintless, serene pure consciousness. Till now you were bewildered by delusion.

Remember that it is you who illumine your body and the whole universe. In other words the whole universe is yours and nothing is yours.

Remember that when you abondon your body and the universe, you will at last perceive the supreme self, through the dexterity of some teacher.

Remember that just like the waves, the foam and the bubbles that spring forth from a sea are not different from the sea, similarly the universe that springs forth from the self is not different from the self.

Remember that just like the cloth when analysed becomes nothing but thread, similarly the universe when analysed is nothing but the self.

Remember that just like the sugar made from sugarcane juice is entirely pervaded by the juice, similarly the universe is entirely pervaded by the self.

Self Realization

Remember that you pervade this universe and this universe is woven only in you. Actually you are pure consciousness. So do not give way to petty mindedness.

Remember that you are changeless, dense, of profound intelligence, serene and unperturbed. Desire consciousness alone.

Remember that that which has a form is false and the one which is formless is changeless. Through this spiritual instruction you shall escape the possibility of rebirth.

Remember that just as the mirror exsists inside and outside the image that it reflects, similarly the supreme self exists inside and outside this body.

Remember that just as the all pervading space exists inside and outside a jar, the immutable self, the all pervading brahman exists in all beings and things. 

Self Realization

Remember that you are that super consciousness and supreme bliss on which this entire universe is super imposed, just like a snake on a rope. Live happily as that blissful consciousness.

Remember that if you think that you are free, you will be free and if you think that you are bound you will be bound. One becomes what he thinks.

Remember that the self is the witness-all pervading,perfect, non dual, free, consciousness, actionless, unattached, desireless and quiet. Through illusion it seems to be absorbed in this world.

Remember that you should give up all external and internal fluctuations and meditate upon the self as immutable non-dual consciousness.

Remember that you are bound by the rope of body consciousness. Rend it asunder with the sword of knowledge " I am consiousness" and be happy.

Remember that you are un attached, actionless, self efflugent and taintless. Your actual bondage is because you practise meditation.

Remember that you pervade this universe and the universe is strung and woven in you. Really by nature you are pure consciousness. Do not give way to petty mindedness. 

Self Realization

Remember that the root of all misery is the sense of duality. There is no other remedy for this misery than to realize that all the worldly objects are unreal and temerory and that you are the non dual, pure consciousness and bliss.

Remember that you are pure consciousness. Due to ignorance you have projected this body upon your soul. If you remember this always, you will enjoy eternal bliss and happiness.

Remember that neither you are liberated nor are you in bondage. Though this world abides in you it does not infact exist in you.

Remember that when you realize that you are pure self consciousness alone and that this body and the universe are unsubstantial, all your unnecessary imaginations will whither away. 

Remember that when you realize that you are pure cosiousnes alone, all the notions of heaven and hell, liberation and bondage, even anxiety itself will vanish.

Remember that when you realize your non duality, you will find yourself alone in a crowd, and will enjoy the bliss of a man who is in a lovely, quiet, blissful forest. You will not feel any attachment towards anything.

Remember that it is your desire to live is indeed your bondage. You are neither your body nor do you have a body, or false ego. Your are pure consciousness.
