Those astral mind bodies which are still attracted
to the senses are ruled entirely by vibrations emanating directly from the
mind.
These souls take special incarnations in a gross
body as popular figures, leaders, famous artists, musicians, etc.
However
depending upon their individual karma, these entities have a temporary sojourn
in the universe in a gross body. They go back to the mind level of the astral
world after their work is over.
