This is a love story based on the age old theory of
reincarnation.
Pritam Singh Kerar is a dacoit from the ravines of
river Chambal- Central India.
Champa is a young pretty nautche girl who is
besotted with him.
Pritam Singh gets killed in an encounter with the
cops & Champa follows him to the grave a while later.
Years later Pritam Singh is reincarnated as Malhar
the female scion of a crime family.
Champa is reborn as Krishna a male dancer.
The problem is that both remember their mutual
past.
