For a beginner in this path towards final
deliverance, identifying with the astral body while trying to forget the gross
body is always an uphill task. It is not so easy to forget the fact that one
has been through literally trillions of births in numerous gross bodies through
time immemorial. The road towards self realization is paved with thorns and
there are infinite hindrances and disturbances. Yet the devotee must persevere
patiently and hope for the best.
