Whereas Duryodhana did his regular physical
training diligently, and thus build a muscular physique, Bhima was known as
having been blessed with spiritual strength.
This had in turn resulted in his gigantic physique.
As mentioned somewhere before Bhima was one of the giants in the Mahabharata.
Similarly Guru Govind Singh the 10th
Sikh Guru is supposed to have been blessed with spiritual strength and was
extraordinarily huge and strong.
He was around 7 feet in height and mighty
armed. He is supposed to have been the originator of the Sikh martial race.
