The society can be broadly divided into 2 parts. 75
% are bothered about what it has done for them. Only 25 % think about what they
have done for the society.
This applies even to organizations where most of the
employees are concerned about their increment, salary, bonus etc.
Only 25 % think
about what they have contributed to the welfare of the organization.
Usually these 25 % are those who are dedicated
towards their own improvement materialistically and spiritually.
