Be free from selfish
desires. Remain poised in the midst of opposites in life. Seek and practice the
truth. Seek not praise for thyself. Give up enmity and be friendly to all.
Practice self control. Seek solitude. Control the breath and mind. Control thy
speech. Be absorbed in god consciousness.
