Self Realization

                                        Srimad Bhagavatam

One should be content in whatever circumstances one finds himself in.

One should be moderate in eating, drinking, and sleeping.

One should walk on the path of solitude and seek peace within one’s heart.

One should be friendly to all and should not complain about their faults.

One should help others in misery, with all sympathy.

Thus one will be ready to receive the knowledge of truth.

Thus one will be free from ignorance.

Thus one will be free from material consciousness.

Thus one shall realize the self which is the infinitely holy purusha who is ever free.

When one realizes the self and enjoys its divine nature, one’s dream of the material world vanishes.

That person has then conquered heaven and even the powers of yoga do not delude one or control one.

One then lives on earth as a self realized soul and when death arrives one reaches the kingdom of God from where there is no return.
