Remember that change is inherent in all forms of existence and destruction is inherent in all forms of things. So become unperturbed and free from this pain and attain peace.
Remember that God alone is the creator of all and there is none else here. So allow all your inner desires to melt away and become calm. Be detached towards every thing.
Remember that fortune and misfortune come in their own time thanks to your past deeds. So be contented , don't lose self control and neither desire nor grieve for anything.
