It is your moral duty to maintain excellent relation with the one in a crore. On the other hand if you take them for granted & mistreat them, one day they may get disgusted with you & leave you.
They may get good friends & contacts elsewhere. However the rest 99 lacs, 99 thousand 999 guys who were waiting eagerly for this guy to leave you, will pounce on you like beasts of pray.
