Srimad Bhagavatam
Human birth is a blessed birth as it
gives an evolution into self consciousness.
This helps one attain perfection.
But rare indeed are those who have
united their souls to god.
He who conquers his mind, conquers
the universe.
Soul is the eternal spirit.
But when the soul is subjected to
karma it travels through endless births and deaths.
God is supreme bliss and the highest
form of intelligence.
He is eternal peace and bliss and he
delights in his own company.
He is the lord of all senses and
objects.
He is life and consciousness.
He is the self of the universe and he
dwells in all hearts.
He is the supreme Brahman.
The climax of life is to attain unity
with god.
