to Swami Ramakrishna Paramhansa:
1.
IIt is easy to talk about religion, but difficult to practice it.
2.
The
winds of grace are always blowing but you have to raise the sail.
3.
God
is present everywhere but he is most manifest in man/woman.
4.
Pray
to god that your attachment to material things should get decreased with each
passing moment.
5.
God
is in all humans but humans themselves are not god.
6.
Be
mad in love for god.
7.
When
the flower of devotion blooms in you, the bees(devotees) come to you uninvited.
8.
Just
reading spiritual books and scriptures won’t suffice.
Like
a swan which takes the milk and leaves the water, one should take only the truth
and discard the make believe.
