There
are three types of ego, the false ego, the ego and the super ego. Ordinarily
living entities identify with the body and consider oneself as the gross body.
This is called false ego. Yet there are some elevated souls who consider that
they are actually a soul which has taken birth in this body this time. This is
what is called ego. Yet there are very rare and advanced beings who believe
that they are as individual souls actually a part and parcel of the super soul.
This is called super ego.
