There
are three plenary expansions of god. One is called Maha Vishnu the creator of
all material energy also known as Maha Tattva. The second plenary expansion is
called Garbhodakasai Vishnu. The whole material creation (Maha tattva) is the
material that forms the original creation of various universes, each consisting
of numerous planets. Garbhodakasai Vishnu enters all these universes and planets
to create diversities in them. The third plenary expansion is known as Kshirodakasai
Vishnu. This in turn enters every entity in the numerous planets and universes,
as the localized Paramatma (Super soul).
