As mentioned before one should begin enjoying this
trip towards self realization.
Once the devotee begins to identify with his/her
astral body rather than with his/her gross body the equation of his/her very
life changes. This astral or subtle body consists of one upper chamber and one
lower chamber. The upper chamber is occupied by the mind and the lower one with
the five senses.
