After being in this causal layer for a given time,
the living entity through constant meditation on god removes this layer too and
thus the soul is revealed.
It is natural for every living entity to have at
least a temporary glimpse of the astral world after death. Depending on once
karma, the living entity enjoys its period in the astral world before taking up
another birth. This period in the astral world may reach up to a thousand human
years for the average living entity. But for a sincere student of self
realization, this may be just one stage towards further spiritual progress.

songs praising the lord. He/she feels intense transcendental pleasure in doing
so. In fact every devotee regardless of his/her style of devotion feels an
unending celestial elation while doing what/he she is doing for god. Saint
Purandhara dasa, Saint Tukaram, Kabir, Rahim, etc. belong to the category of
saintly love.

athletes, sportsmen etc. generally have the kind of mental focus which makes
them achieve goals ordinarily considered impossible.
Some examples:
Sankaracharya built his four mutts in four
different directions of the country, before he passed on at age thirty two.
Ramana Maharishi had become an ascetic at the age
of eighteen.
The founder of ISCKON (International society for
Krsna consciousness) was already seventy and had suffered two heart attacks
when he began constructing Krshna temples all around the world. He made fourteen
lecture tours all around the world, besides writing numerous books, treatises
and articles. He ultimately built 108 temples and had passed on after doing all
this at the age of 81 on 14/11/1977.

living entity’s body manages to obey only the mind bypassing the senses, the
results of this act may be stupendously mind blowing. For all one knows the
gross body may achieve what it hitherto considered impossible. There have been
numerous instances of stupendous performances by living entities. It is quite
possible that knowingly or unknowingly they had gone into this groove and
succeeded.

life changes. This astral or subtle body consists of one upper chamber and one

the five senses.

achieving liberation. Every good thing takes time to fructify. A teak wood tree
takes decades to grow. A mango tree takes years to start bearing fruit. The
