The subtle body has
two levels namely the upper level consisting of the mind called the sixth sense
and the lower level of five senses namely taste, touch, sight, hearing and sex.
The lower level
connects the living entity to the material world through the gross body. The
upper level of mind on the other hand connects the living entity with the
spiritual world via the causal body of intelligence.
