The
scriptures recommend solitude for self realization and liberation. There is a
reason behind this. The mind is a monkey. It is extremely difficult to control
it.
When you
are with others, their opinions and ideas are likely to fog your intelligence
and influence your ideas. This will have a direct effect on your mind which
relays information to the senses. If the ideas transmitted by intelligence to
the mind and from there to the senses are not noble they will bind you with
karma.
