‘We
become what we eat..’, ‘We are judged by the company we keep’…., ‘Face is the
index of the mind’…. These are some adages which over the years have become a
part of our daily vocabulary.
However
this all boils down to the saying of Swami Vivekanada ‘’You are judged by your
thoughts’…. which is indeed a fact.
