One
should meditate upon that single non dual consciousness. It is dense, of
profound intelligence,
serene, unperturbed and changeless. It is formless and
takes any shape like water. The self exists
inside and outside the body. The
universe appears due to the ignorance of the self and disappears due
to the
knowledge of the self just like a rope appears to be a snake till the truth of
its true identity is
declared. The self remains intact even after the
dissolution of the universe.
