Without the intervention of the individual soul the situation could very well be like one blind guy leading the other. Some idea could have been cooked up at the intelligence level and passed on to the mind for ‘further processing’.

The mind will immediately put its own ‘wisdom hat’ on and start chewing on the idea to put in its own ‘expert input’ before transferring the matter to the senses.
