There is
no liberation in goodness, passion or ignorance. The mode of goodness
conditions one to happiness, the mode of passion to fruits of action, and
ignorance mode to madness. One of the modes becomes prominent for a temporary
period in this material world. There is always a competition for supremacy
among the three modes.
