Remember that Kama(lust), krodha(anger), lobha (greed), moha (illusion), mada 

(pride), matsyasya(envy), and ahankara(false ego) are your enemies which get 

cooked up in your mind, are transferred to your senses and finally exhibited 

through your gross body. These seven along with manas(mind), budhi(intellect) 

and chitta(will) were the ten heads of Ravana.
